The XML file is not Excel and will not open for you. It is only used for electronic filing of tax returns. You can view the tax return in PDF.

It is possible that you do not have Adobe Reader installed. We therefore recommend that you download it or open your tax return in another browser.

I claim tax credits but my tax no longer drops.
The size of the tax credit cannot be larger than the size of the advance tax payments. The only exception is the tax bonus for raising children.
I've been registered with the employment office, where can I fill this out?
You do not need to add such information anywhere. You are also entitled to a tax credit.
I'm retired, where do I put it?
You do not have to tax your pension if it was less than CZK 547,600.
