Submission by data mailbox:

• You can also use a document photographed with a mobile phone as an attachment if the text can be read.
• JPG, PDF, DOC or DOCX files are supported
• The maximum size of all files is 10MB, but our app can change it if needed.
• Multi-page files are ideal in PDF format .

Submission in person or by mail:

• Please attach the original. The type and number of attachments is listed in the last section of the app.
