You can claim the discount if you have paid for exams to verify your education (excluding retraining and language courses), which are published here (in the National Qualifications Framework).
You can deduct from your taxable amount the fees you pay for exams that improve your professional qualifications. These exams are not retraining courses or language courses, but only exams published in the National Qualifications Framework (you can check your exam here ).
For employees: the examination fee must not be paid by your employer.
For self-employed persons: the exam fee must not be included in your expenses.
If you have a disability, a maximum of CZK 13,000 can be deducted.
If you have a more severe disability, a maximum of CZK 15,000 can be deducted.
