You can deduct the contributions you have paid from your tax base up to a maximum of CZK 48 000.
Please attach the document from the insurance company to your tax return as an attachment.

The minimum term of life insurance is 60 months (5 years).
The contract must be concluded before you turn 60.
The contract does not allow for ongoing withdrawals.

Ministerstvo financí:

§ 15 odst. 6 zákona - uveďte uplatňovanou výši pojistného, které jste zaplatil (zaplatila) na své soukromé životní pojištění, uvedenou v potvrzení pojišťovny o zaplaceném pojistném na soukromé životní pojištění ve zdaňovacím období 2025. Maximální částka, kterou lze odečíst za zdaňovací období 2025, činí 48 000 Kč v úhrnu za řádky 48 až 51 podle § 15 odst. 5 zákona
