If you fill in your tax return with us, you will receive an email with an XML file for electronic submission of the report to the Czech Social Security Agency. You will also find all the information in your profile.
Open the email or account with the completed return and download the XML file to a folder on your computer.
In the email, click on the Submit by email button and you will be taken to the portal

Log in to your favourite way to your mailbox
Click the Write a message button.
Copy the mailbox ID.
Enter the data box ID of your tax administration.
Complete the subject line: Přehled OSVČ 2024.
Upload the XML file with the report as an attachment to the report.
Now all you have to do is send the message.
